Norman Wisdom was one of Britain’s most well loved and admired comics of his generation. But he was much more than just a comedian, for Norman was also a great clown. He had the most infectious laugh that brought tears to your eyes, without him even delivering a line.

He was perhaps best known for his original ‘gump’ character, Norman Pitkin. The series of films starring Norman in the late 50s and early 1960s, were some of the most popular British Films at the time, grossing even more than James Bond in the box office.

In this live show, Norman's not getting much help from his band or straight-laced man Tony Fayne. In fact, it's nothing but Trouble On Tour for Norman. The inspiration for generations of British comics and one of this country's best-loved performers, Norman shows he is not just original – he is still the funniest.

CARRY ON STUFFING (1972): this time sees the cast acting out classic Christmas panto Aladdin, singing bawdy Elizabethan songs and what’s that going on in the Garden of Eden?
